I play competitively for my high
school golf team. I tried for over a year to find an instructor who could
explain golf simply, without sounding condescending. After my first lesson with
Chris, I knew he was what I was looking for. Chris is easygoing and his
explanations make sense. He has a great sense of humor and every lesson is
uplifting. My swing is no longer “mechanical”, it is natural and easy. My best
score before working with Chris was an 82 and now it is a 72. I played my most
consistent season this year and will make my mark at the state tournament
thanks to Chris. THANKS COACH!

"Since I started working with
Chris almost a year ago my handicap has fallen from a 15 to 10.6 and my
lowest round has went from an 80 at Rolling Hills to 78 (4 times in the
last 9 months) at such courses as GoldMountain
(Olympic) and White Horse. Chris has taught me that the golf
swing is a very simple thing and that we as golfers seem to try to make it difficult. Whenever I am having issues with my game, Chris will tell me that it is one of three things;
Posture, Alignment or Grip pressure (Tension). It drives me crazy when
he says that because it is so simple, but after 5 minutes of him
watching me swing, he addresses one of these three elements and I am back hitting the ball straight down the middle again. The best part about pairing up with
Chris has been not been the vast improvement in my game, but rather the
mentorship I have received from him. There is no doubt in my "Mental
Midget"mind that Chris has helped my game more than I thought possible, he
told me almost a year ago (after our first lesson) that he could help me obtain my goal of becoming a single digit handicap and I have NO doubt I will be there before this summer".
Thanks Chris, You Da' Man!

I first met Chris a couple of years ago @
Gold Mountain Golf Course in Bremerton. I was looking for someone to help me with my
“hack” game, which I have had for about 20 years. I had improvement in my game
in only one lesson. After a series of lessons Chris cut my handicap in half. My
success was due to Chris’ hands on approach and easy teaching style. He even
played a round with me. Being in business I have made lots of deals on the golf
course and I notice the confidence in my game kind of helps me with my clients.
He indeed offers a unique and first class experience.

Last year I had a golf lesson with Chris, I had three lessons with him
and it helped me a lot. My lessons consist of alignment, ball positioning and
the most important was the chipping. Before I had the lesson, I was really bad
around the green, I either chunk it or scull the ball but after I had the
lesson, I improved a lot around the green, I had the confidence that I could
chip it close to the hole. My alignment is great; I don’t have to guess if I’m
aligning properly. So, this was the best Christmas gift I’ve ever had from my
kids. Thank you Chris, now golf is fun again.

As you know, I have been
taking golf lessons from you, on and off, for the last few months. This
is just a note to tell you how much I appreciate your thoughtful approach and
your obvious commitment to customer satisfaction. Although I may not be
ready yet to join the “Senior Tour,” I feel that I have made
significant improvement in my game and this is clearly the result of your
teaching methods. I particularly appreciate your teaching approach: you
concentrated on the principles of a “natural swing” rather than
trying to adjust every twitch, turn and pivot (too much to remember) of the
existing swing. I look forward to a continued association and further
improvement in my game.

Chris has a way of explaining the game in
a simple, fun manner. He uses real-life examples in his teachings that make
things easy to understand. I would recommend Chris to anyone looking to take
their game to the next level.

I wanted to play golf with my high
school, but with the little training I had, the first time I tried out, I did
not make the team.So, I decided I
wanted to get on the team, so I practiced and got a junior membership to a
local golf course.Well, that was not
working so well.I found Chris's card at
North WestGolfRange.He came by
and introduced himself and I was willing to try.I told him my goal and working with Chris for
six months on everything from my posture to my swing I made my high school team.Well I did a little better than that. I was
one of the top players on the team. With
the support of my mom and encouragement from Chris I know my game will only get
better.I have even gotten my mom to
take lessons from Chris, so she can enjoy the game as much as I have. Thanks Chris for all the hard work you put me
through and I look forward to that game at GoldMountain this summer.

I wanted to encourage my son in a
sport, and he wanted to play golf.He
did not play that much, but went to golf camp and played around with the game
while he was growing up.So when he said
he wanted to play golf in high school, I thought, why not. He tried out for the
high school team and did not make it.But he really did want to play, so he started out with practicing over
at North WestGolfRange and I was able to give him a junior membership at
the local golf course. He was working
hard at it and I thought just doing one or two lessons would help him out.I was looking for someone who could teach and
be down to earth about the game.We
found Chris.Well two lessons have
turned into six months and going with my son. Chris has so much patience and
can explain the game with the great love he has for the sport; I have even
started to take lessons myself to keep up with my son's game.My son made the golf team and I have learned
to hold and swing a golf club, and looking to improve our game.Well all I can say is Chris is an Awesome
Coach and I would recommend him to anyone who wants to learn.
Thanks!!!
